Leap of Faith

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit our website or contact the Leap of Faith team.

Last updated: October 26, 2026

1. Scope and responsibility

Leap of Faith Technologies, Inc. maintains this website, including its Foundation and Investment sections, and is the contact for website privacy inquiries. Leap of Faith Foundation is an initiative with official legal entity formation in progress; this policy does not claim that it is an incorporated or tax-exempt nonprofit.

This policy covers website activity and inquiries. It does not replace separately agreed privacy, security, or data-processing terms for products, customer environments, research, or clinical data.

2. Information collected

When you submit an inquiry or email us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, business contact details, organization, role, area of interest, and message. Website hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, requested pages, timestamps, and error logs. Optional tracking may collect visit and interaction information when enabled.

Please do not submit patient-identifiable information, medical records, sensitive health information, passwords, or confidential business data through website forms. Audit data exchange is governed by a separately agreed process, not by these general inquiry forms.

3. How information is used

We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange demos and discussions, evaluate partnership or founder submissions, administer website access, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. With the relevant permission, optional measurement helps us understand website use. Marketing communications, where offered, are subject to applicable consent requirements and can be declined or unsubscribed from.

Where a lawful basis is required, processing may rely on your consent, steps you request before entering an agreement, compliance with legal duties, or legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and operating a secure website, balanced against your rights.

4. Cookies, forms, and videos

Necessary storage supports website operation, review or administrative access, and remembering cookie choices. Performance and Analytics and Advertising choices are off by default. The HubSpot visitor-tracking suite combines measurement and marketing capabilities, so this website loads it only when both optional categories are enabled.

Inquiry forms are supplied by HubSpot and videos by Wistia. These embeds load automatically where displayed, without an additional permission prompt; their providers may process device and interaction information and use cookies or similar technologies for delivery and measurement. Loading an embed does not change your saved website cookie preferences. You may email us instead of using a form.

See Cookie Settings for category choices, withdrawal, and storage details. Vendor processing is also described in HubSpot’s Privacy Policy and Wistia’s Privacy Policy.

5. Sharing and service providers

Information may be handled by website hosting, security, inquiry-management, and media providers to deliver their services, and by authorized team members responding to your inquiry. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a lawful organizational transaction with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell website inquiry details for money. Provider tracking and any broader legal definitions of sale or sharing depend on the processing involved and applicable law; contact us to exercise relevant rights.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for its stated purpose, ongoing communications, security, and applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the type of inquiry and relationship; this website does not promise a fixed deletion period. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. International processing

We are based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those safeguards must apply to the relevant processing. Contact us for information about a specific transfer.

8. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain uses. Email the contact below to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and explain any lawful limitations. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator where applicable.

You can manage optional website tracking through Cookie Settings and use browser controls to clear or block cookies. This website does not currently interpret browser “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals as automatic changes to saved preferences; use Cookie Settings or contact us for applicable opt-out requests.

9. Children and external links

This website is intended for professional and general educational audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it. External websites have their own privacy practices.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Contact us with privacy questions or requests:
