1990 to today

    Founded by Barbara Rapchak to improve patient outcomes through innovative adherence tools.

  2. 1993

    @ware, an e-learning platform for occupational health (National Cancer Institute).

  3. 1995

    ThinkHealth, a breast cancer screening risk assessment tool; partnership with IMO Health begins.

  4. 2000

    immun.com immunization registry; 1,000-person behavioral study; 750-person women's health study; Heredity.net genetic counseling tool.

  5. 2002 to 2006

    eMedonline telemedicine medication management, supported by DHHS, the National Institute on Aging and the National Cancer Institute.

  6. 2003 to 2005

    500-person immunization study; @utreach community health platform; @neWorld education and social support platform, with a pediatric clinical trial.

  7. 2017 to 2023

    Partnerships with Elimu, Suki, HealthLab and Abstractive Health.

  8. 2024 onward

    See One. Do One. Build One. student innovation projects with IIT.

  9. 2026

    IIT CS595 university collaborations continue the See One. Do One. Build One. approach to healthcare innovation.

    TheraCareAI pilot begins with Advocate LLC, comparing EHR and Exchange medication information with participant-reviewed, professionally verified medication lists.
